Our office currently maintains a residential division, providing appraisals and reviews for Southeast Michigan. We are in the process of expanding our coverage area to include all of Michigan. We complete appraisals for residential properties for a wide variety of purposes. In addition to conventional loans, we also complete appraisal reports for ERC, FHA and MSHDA.
